What does the coaching process look like?
The coaching starts with an introductory session where you share your parenting challenges and I will explain the coaching process. Each session builds towards creating techniques, tools and strategies to help you.
From the very beginning we will build an open, trusting, nonjudgmental relationship. We’ll explore your current situation, dream of how you wish things could be, design strategies to help you reach your dream, and then evaluate how things are going along the way. We’ll celebrate your successes and go back to the drawing board to tweak your strategies as needed. In the process we'll highlight your individual strengths to boost your confidence, capitalize on positive energy and help generate the momentum needed to reach your goals. Typically we work together 1X week for 10 coaching sessions of 60 minutes each. The number of session can be tailored to your needs. All sessions take place by phone or Zoom which means we can work around your busy schedule. |
